What We Did

Screen of the Dash Search results

We spent the better part of a year going from MVP to 1.0 with Carvana, working on making page building and content creation easy and frictionless, improving the reliability and quality of search results across an enormous ecosystem of resources, and helping to give high importance corporate messaging and initiatives visibility.Post 1.0-launch, we’ve renewed discovery efforts to deepen the value we deliver with the Dash throughout 2024 and beyond.

Challenge

Wrap our figurative arms around a vast and varied array of information sources, webpages, and legacy resources. Then figure out ways to homogenize them in the Dash moving forward while accounting for myriad user types.

Insight

With a workforce the size of Carvana, we can create sizable financial impact by delivering time savings, e.g. saving 2 minutes per person a week with the Dash saves Carvana 26,000 hours a year.

Approach

We built The Dash to be an enterprise-level solution. This means, we brought best-in-class services together to make a customized solution based on the exact need Carvana was asking for. Which was to build a resource for all vital and immediate information. So wedid that and took it a step further.
